These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Junk By Tuck LLC ("Junk By Tuck," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Junk By Tuck website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Junk By Tuck provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, moving, and light-demolition services in Lakeland, Florida and the surrounding Polk and Hillsborough County areas. Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to confirmation.
For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, biological or medical waste, motor oil, fuels, solvents, ammunition, or fireworks. By requesting service, you warrant that the items to be removed do not contain prohibited or hazardous substances. If hazardous materials are discovered on site, we may decline to remove them.
Estimates provided without an in-person or photo assessment are non-binding. Final pricing is based on the actual volume of space your items occupy in our truck, the difficulty of loading, and weight where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of service unless written approval for commercial net terms has been provided in advance.
Junk By Tuck is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, or for scratches or ordinary wear to driveways, lawns, gates, or walls that may occur during the normal removal of items. Please clear pathways and secure or remove fragile items before our crew arrives.
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Junk By Tuck related to estimates, account notifications, service updates, appointment reminders, and customer-support communications, and — if you separately opt in — marketing and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OUT to (813) 763-2284, or reply HELP for assistance. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
