Program Overview

Junk By Tuck operates an SMS messaging program that sends two categories of messages:

• Service / transactional messages: estimate quotes, booking confirmations, scheduling and appointment reminders, and customer-support replies.
• Marketing / promotional messages: seasonal discounts, special cleanout offers, and junk-removal promotions. These are sent only to contacts who provide separate, independent consent.

How You Opt In

Opt-in is collected exclusively through the web forms on junkbytuckllc.com. There is no keyword-based opt-in, point-of-sale collection, or third-party list acquisition. The forms provide two separate, optional consent checkboxes — one for service/reminder messages and one for marketing/promotional messages.

We record the date and time of opt-in, the consent language you agreed to, and associated technical metadata (such as IP address and browser type) as evidence of consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by your activity and typically ranges from approximately 2 to 8 messages per month per opted-in contact. Marketing messages are sent only to contacts who separately opted in to the marketing category.

Participation in the SMS program is limited to U.S. recipients 18 years of age or older.

Data Handling

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message services required to transmit the messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories mentioned in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers — such as website hosting, analytics, and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, GoHighLevel — solely so they can perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and confidential. As stated above, text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all such sharing and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
